Workplace Services & Corporate Events

One-Time or Recurring Services at your office

Many companies wish to invest in their team yet face budget constraints. Flow House has made it easy and affordable for you to provide this element of healing. Massage therapists come right to you and bring everything they need to provide a relaxing day of massage.

Setting up chair massages for a corporate event or office wellness day is straightforward. You’ll hire a team of massage therapists who will arrive with their massage chairs and provide free massage to your event attendees.

Chair massages at events generally last anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. There is a sign-up sheet ahead of time or at the event, and it’s not uncommon to see a large line start to form at the massage booth.

Available Option:

  • Chair massage, table massage and/or yoga
  • Massage service durations varying from 5 minutes to 30 minutes in length
  • One massage therapist or multiple, depending on the size of your group
  • Schedule massage sessions using our sign-up system, or use Flow House’s pre-made template to make scheduling massage sessions easy
  • The option to continue with recurring service after your event
  • 2–6-hour time slots available
  • Employee massages are 15-30 mins on the co-pay and employee pay models
  • Yoga sessions are available for the entire office to help address, treat and correct bad posture
  • Discounts on out-of-office services

Pay Models

  • Company-Sponsored: The company pays 100%.

Sign up for your personal company account, and schedule dates and times for services to occur, at which time payment is expected in full. Use Flow House Scheduling Template to schedule time for employees.

  • Co-pay: The company and individual employees split the cost.

Sign up for your company account, and schedule dates and times for services to occur. At which time the company pays half of the reservation. Employees create their personal accounts and can schedule, cancel, and modify their own appointments. At the time of their booking, the other half of the payment will be expected. Employees receive email appointment reminders of their appointments.

  • Employee-sponsored: Employees pay for their massages

There is no direct financial cost to your company! Sign up for your company account, and schedule dates and times for services to occur. Employees create their personal accounts, and at the time of scheduling their appointment, the full cost of service is expected. The employee-paid model is popular because employees still perceive the service as a benefit and appreciate the great convenience of workplace massage and the fact you have taken steps to help.
