Whether you are organizing a health fair, celebration, birthday party, wedding, or weekend brunches our massage therapists come right to you and bring everything they need to provide a relaxing day of massage.

Setting up a table or chair massage for an event is straightforward. The massage therapists will arrive with their massage chairs and provide free massage to your event attendees or other payment options available.

Chair massages at events generally last anywhere from 5-20 minutes. Sometimes there is a sign-up sheet ahead of time or at the event, and it’s not uncommon to see a large line start to form at the massage booth.

Available Option:

• 2 to 6-hour time slots are available for booking
• Chair massage or table massage
• Massage service durations varying from 5 minutes to 60 minutes in length
• One massage therapist or multiple, depending on the size of your group
• Schedule massage sessions using our sign-up system, or use Flow House’s pre-made template to make scheduling massage sessions easy
• The option to continue with recurring service after your event
• Yoga 30 min or 60 min flow options
• Group reiki, meditation (and more soundbath and aroma therapy)
• Attendee massages are 30min to 45mins in length if not on host-sponsored tier
• 1-time visit or Recurring visit options
• Yoga 1hr flows
• Or we can customize the time slot to your liking

Pay Models

• Host-Sponsored Tier: The host pays 100%.

Sign up for your personal account, and schedule dates and times for services to occur, at which time payment is expected in full. Use Flow House Scheduling Template to schedule time for attendees.

• Co-pay: The host and event attendees split the cost.

Sign up for your host account, and schedule dates and times for services to occur. At which time the host pays half of the reservation. Attendees create their personal accounts and can schedule, cancel, and modify their own appointments. At the time of their booking, the other half of the payment will be expected. Attendees receive email appointment reminders of their appointments.

• Attendee-sponsored: Attendee pays for their massages

There is a small direct financial cost to you with a deposit! Sign up for your host account, and schedule dates and times for services to occur. Attendees create their personal accounts, and at the time of scheduling their appointment, the full cost of service is expected. The Attendee-paid model is popular because attendee still perceives the service as a benefit and appreciate the great convenience of workplace massage and the fact you have taken steps to help.
